Pork Hock

Lightly browned and rinsed.

Slow Cooker, Dried Chinese Dates, Ginger, Star Anise

After about 10 hours in the slow cooker, added turnip greens and cooked pasta.

Pork Hock Soup with Turnip Greens

Simple. Especially with the slow cooker. The Cat approved.
