Even for me. Post holiday trying to get back to “normal”. Doctor’s appointment today, results not bad, could be better. Tells me to eat more fruits and vegetables, cut back on salt and sugar. Grumble grumble okay okay.
Dinner was a mixed bag.
Has to be toasted, crunchy on the outside, still chewy on the inside.
For The Cat, tried some new ingredients (or ingredients I haven’t used in a long time).
Fish head soup with Napa cabbage, dried mung beans, dried shrimp, dried wakame seaweed, fish head (of course), and whiskey/Shao Xing wine.
One of those throw everything together and hope for the best soups (turned out okay).
