The Mouse selection. It was okay. Well cooked, but the flavor was not quite balanced (dunno what).

Braised Lettuce with Chili and Preserved Bean Curd

Tasted better than it looked.

Steamed Custard Buns

Made with whole wheat flour instead of the white stuff. Gave a nice texture. My new favorite sweet dim sum.
