Medley of mushrooms and Burgundy escargot, “Vole Au Vent”, truffle cream sauce. Wonderful. In a puff pastry. For me, a side of rice would have been perfect.

Cranberry sorbet, very tart, reminded me of li hing mui.

The sea bass was excellent, however, the squash puree was “to kill for”, highpoint of the dish for me.
