Sunday dinner. The Cat had to go to the office. Choice was either Irish pub or Chinese hot pot. Although The Cat eats a variety of foods, she’s still partial to Chinese food, hot pot it is.

Kind of a “meatless” meal, not vegetarian or vegan, just “meatless”. My favorite dish came from the condiment/sauce bar.
Cilantro and Green Onion “Salad”
My own “creation”, Chinese parsley (cilantro), green onions, ponzu sauce, and roasted sesame seed oil. I think I must’ve refilled this at least a half-dozen times.
The Cat got the leftovers for today’s lunch.
