Better chance at the clearance items if I get to church early (wake up early, catch early buses, transfer schedule is in sync). Roasted pepper, zucchini, eggplant, lentils, and lots of spinach with some kind of smoked cheese. Nom.

Just read that Foodland is closing their Ala Moana store. One of the original tenants. My conspiracy theory is they are being “forced” out to make room for Whole Foods. The end of the cheap bento. 😦

It’s hard to see, there are two giant woks in the back of the kitchen, permanently situated with faucets, exhaust hoods, the works. There’s a commercial where a house is designed around a basin faucet. My dream house would be designed around a wok station and a roasting oven (think Beijing duck and Chinese roast pork). Drool. 🙂
