Cutting vegetables, kinda therapeutic. Last night’s vegetable.
Dunno what “small cabbage” is, that’s what the sign said.
Tonight’s dinner, little more of a knife challenge. Had to breakdown the turnip rather than just slicing cabbage leaves and stems.
On an episode of the Japanese version of Iron Chef (not the American version, don’t get me started), one of the chefs peeled a turnip in one continuous ribbon. My knife skills not even close. Practice, practice, practice.
