Bottle from The Cat’s “little sister” (not by blood, by spirit).
Stayed in our pantry for a bit, didn’t really know what to do with it. Classic use is with stir-fried noodles but we don’t really stir-fry noodles that often. I figured if the normal base is noodles (something bland), why not potatoes?
Okay, something to work with. Parboiled the potatoes, peeled and cut them into cubes, pan-fried to crisp, added fresh diced tomato, XO sauce, and sugar to taste.
Sorry, not very photogenic, not bad in taste though. The Cat likes squishy food anyway. Hee hee.
BTW, there’s a funny/cute story about her when she first came over (has to do with chopsticks), can’t tell you, she’d kill me. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.
