More Fish Head

Several more in the freezer. Last time,  The Cat said too much salt.  This time, very little salt, a splash of Shao Xing wine, and sliced lemons.

Baked it in a foil packet. Probably more French style than Chinese. The Cat liked. 🙂

“Throw everything in and hope for the best” strikes again. Hee hee.
