Some frozen pork rib meat that needed to be cooked up. Thought about maybe sweet sour but went with root soup instead.
My usual throw everything together and hope for the best method.

Not a bone heavy soup, lighter, there wasn’t too much meat/bones. More vegetables. Although it’s a root soup, light enough for summer weather (according to The Cat anyway). Supposedly healthy too, according to ancient Chinese wisdom, all three roots have beneficial properties (don’t ask me what, I dunno). 🙂
