Turnip Stew

Cleaning out the refrig, sort of. One turnip, some pork trimmings (not bad trimmings, good trimmings), wood ear fungus, and green onions (from outside).

Lightly saute the pork and turnips, add fungus and green onions, season with shoyu (both dark and light), sugar, chili flakes, and salt. Enough water make sauce (not too much to make soup). Braise.
