Usually, I am not a big fan of pre-made bottled sauces. I understand where there are times where there is no time and for convenience sake …

But last night, Willies was sampling chicken braised in their signature ginger sesame bottled sauce.

This was pretty awesome. Just the right balance of seasoning. Let me tell you, both socks off. I’m almost tempted to pick-up a bottle or two to use for myself.

I think a potluck or two could be in the near future. I’m thinking braised pork belly in Willie’s ginger sesame sauce with Japanese eggplants. Drool.



This is one of the reason why I work at Willies. 🙂
