What The Cat Dragged In

The Cat’s brother sent this over.

We didn’t know what to do with it. Had to get some tips from The Cat’s mother. She said steam it by it self or on top of steamed rice. We steamed it separately.

It’s salty, sweet, and fishy (not in a good way), and tough as shoe leather (not that I’ve actually tried to eat shoe leather). Even for me, who eats tuna and sardines straight out of the can, it was a little funky. I ┬ádon’t think its even an acquired taste kind of thing (because of the tough texture).

More for those who actually enjoy this.
