And skin.
Next to SPAM, my favorite canned food is sardines. Up until now, the tinned sardines we ate were with skin and bones.
We obtained a couple of cans of boneless and skinless sardines recently.
The texture was smoother than the regular sardines we are used to to. And there’s no faulting the taste. But something’s missing. It’s like the boneless and skinless sardines were too “sophisticated” if that makes any sense.
I don’t mind the boneless and skinless tins of sardines, it’s just that I prefer the more “proletariat” variety. 🙂
Enjoy. Eat well.
