Found these at the Korean supermarket near The Cat’s office (not mall food).
Cucumber, red bell pepper, carrot, and imitation crab meat all rolled up in kelp (OMG, gluten-free and almost vegetarian and raw!), with a bit of mayonnaise. Since the veggies and seaweed were raw, crunch, chew, chew, chew, crunch, chew, chew, chew, crunch, chew, chew, chew (you get the idea) (very slow eating).
It was good. Not socks off good, but healthy good. Not sure I would buy these again though. The chew factor kind of got in the way. Still, good to try.
Enjoy. Eat well.

Yesss, Sir! Any time! 🙂
I can’t imagine eating the kelp we get here 🙂
with all those facial workouts, you won’t need to go Korea for cosmatic surgery 😉
Heh heh. Too funny.
Looks yummy tho….
Thank you for liking my posts. I really appreciate. I must try out some of your recipes, they are so unique!
Thanks. Already following you. “Unique” or crazy, you can decide later. Hee hee.
They’re gorgeous, but appreciate your honest assessment. Yes, there are foods that are healthy good and also those that are “knock your socks off” good 🙂
Agreed. Thanks
Looks very healthy! I do admit boiled seaweed can be rather chewy.
Thanks. The sheets of seaweed were especially thick.
Certainly looks healthy and eating slowly is a good thing!
