Eating Like Kings

Took home a chocolate tart from the shop yesterday (it wasn’t going to be sold).

Chocolate Tart

Shortbread crust, chocolate ganache filling, gold leaf decoration. I think it’s about 3 1/2 in diameter.

Exact same ones made for ruling a sultan’s family, and a princess and her entourage (except theirs were “fresh”). Mine was still good (plus, they paid for theirs, I go mine free). (Beggars can’t complain). 🙂

Other customers liked the gold leaf touch (made them feel special, like royalty I guess).  Hee hee
