Not fully formed yet. Give me a couple of days, need to first help the chefs with Easter baskets (the chicks are chirping and the bunnies are hopping, all in chocolate, of course).

Happy dark chocolate Easter! 🙂 My menu for this Easter lunch will be yummy: smoked Norwegian salmon with genuine French champagne(of course!), veal(osso-bucco)&purée de yams(mashed sweet potatoes) with coco milk, several cheeses with red Bordeaux wine and a crumble with apples, pears and almonds, last but not least: lots of chocolates…
