Finally got to the doctor today. Takes a look inside my nose and throat, and listens to my chest. I have a nose and throat infection as well as borderline bronchitis. Ewww! Loads me up with drugs.
Since I will be heavily medicated, thought I’d better get some food down before starting the regimen. Bought a rice ball from the Japanese grocery store.
Mentaiko is pollack roe, goma is sesame seeds, and konbu is a type of seaweed. I think it was okay, I don’t have my full sense of taste yet. Funny thing was I got down to the last two bites and couldn’t finish it (a first for me). Must be sicker than I thought. The meds seem to be helping. I don’t feel I’m heading downward, maybe leveling off. Have to let the meds take its course. Plus, I’m starting to eat again (a little bit).
Still haven’t been able to get to your comments or posts yet, sorry. I will I promise.
