My snack after work today.

Got it from the St. Germain bakery in the mall.
I think that’s what they’re called. I forgot to take notes. At first I thought they were just donut holes. They’re about the same size, although these are a smidgen bigger than a donut hole.
Inside is a little red bean surprise. Yum.
Just right for a little snack, about two or three bites. Texture is more like a cake donut than a fried one. Highly recommended.
