Working at W-S means I spend more time at the mall. Haven’t done that for a long time. Gave up trying to get good Japanese food at the mall today. Right around the corner from W-S is Nordstrom’s Gelato bar. One of their selections is an açaí bowl.
Açaí Bowl
Açaí sorbet, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, granola and a final drizzle of honey. Socks came off. And it’s healthy!
I know, I know, there’s still debate over the actual health benefit of açaí and there must be quite a bit of sugar to make the açaí palatable but the sign said it’s healthy and I’m sticking to that. Hee hee.
If mall food were more like this, my weight would be in trouble. 🙂
