Picked up these two jars at the farmers market the other day.

Liliko’i and Meyer’s Lemon Butters

Never tried a curd before. Pretty good. Bought them purely for research (possible Christmas gift ideas). 🙂

Tomorrow, Chef P is participating in a sake and chocolate tasting demo which I helped to initiate. I’ll be there to help pass out chocolates. The Cat will be there to help in quality control. Hic. Hee hee.
