A serendipitous shot. Passing by a local Chinese restaurant about 11:00 am today.
Lunch
The kitchen staff eating before the lunch rush. Each one had a large bowl of rice. On top of the rice was whatever to “chase down the rice”. Smelled good, almost asked them what they were eating, decided not to intrude on what little time they had to wolf down their meal.
Just a little reality check for me, “all that glitters is not gold”.

Off to help Chyler’s Hawaiian Beef Chips people man their booth at a food exhibition. Maybe I’ll see you there.
