Another soft opening. Sundays, the restaurant is normally closed. Can’t wait for the grand opening and the restaurant to go to regular hours (The Cat can’t wait too). Part of the learning process. See you in a bit.

An update.
Things seems to have gone smoother than last week. The reservations were staggered this week so that the orders were steady and not all at once. There’s still bugs to be worked out though, but getting there.
Oh, and someone walked off with my paring knife. Sigh. Luckily it was one of the cheap ones I carry (for that very reason). Still …
