Noodles with Green Onions and Oil

Street food. One of my favorite noodle dishes from Shanghai. Four ingredients (in my case five) noodles, green onions, oil, salt, and I added white pepper.

Green Onions

I cooked the spaghetti (yes, spaghetti,  that’s what was in our pantry), and sautéedthe green onions in oil. I think my oil wasn’t hot enough, the onions didn’t toast, or maybe the onions had too much moisture. Our resident dragon had the day off. Hee hee.
