I was running some errands for Chef today, stopped in at one of the upscale burger joints that has been opening up the last couple of years   (I was curious about their menu). I already downed something quick. One of their offerings.

My first reaction was OMG! (in a good way). My second reaction was OMG! (in not so good a way). I dunno if the combination would compliment or clash with each other. Your thoughts?

Maybe I’ll ask Chef to think about a foie gras slider with mushrooms and caramelized onions. Hmm.

Anyway, just thought I’d share.
