It’s becoming an addiction. The Whole Ox (see here and here). This time around, to try the dry-aged beef burger. As in many instances, the cousins P&B are partners in crime.

Dry-Aged Beef Burger

The burger came with a caper aioli and grilled onions. P added on a side of fried potatoes (which he shared). Sorry, I forgot to copy down the exact names of the dishes.

B thought our burgers were well  done. Although P liked the meat, he wanted the tomato, lettuce, and pickle to accompany the burger. I could go either way, plain or dressed up is alright with me.
