Hi, just to do a super quick update. Kitchen has been extraordinarily busy. Chef is trying to find a new location, so everyone is busy sorting and packing in anticipation of the move. All this chaos is occurring while the restaurant is still open. Talk about stress.
Anyway, have not had time to properly update, not to mention check email, and blogs of others (sorry, my bad). Hopefully some of this activity will slow down soon.
