A “Cool Hand Luke” Moment

An update of the 27-Feb-2012 post. The Cat went back to the restaurant and took a picture of the check, “walk away” oyster sauce.

Just in case you needed proof. 😀

To review, normally when we order steamed choy sum, we ask that the oyster sauce be on the side (The Cat doesn’t care for the taste and it’s a little too much sodium for The Mouse). With the sauce on the side,  the amount used is controllable.

The circle in now complete. 🙂
