Jelly Roll and Green Tea Roll
From Liliha Bakery (515 North Kuakini Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i).
The one on the left is a regular jelly roll. The one on the right is green tea flavored. The “jelly” is red bean paste (Japanese sweetened adzuki beans). Both were a little dry, nothing a cup of green tea couldn’t resolve. The green tea roll didn’t have too much of a green tea flavor, more color. Together, they did convey the spirit of the season though. 🙂

In the previous post, I wrote that there was enough ingredients to make the soup two times. I miscalculated. I have enough to make the soup three times (expect the trilogy soon).
Fish Head Soup
The Cat still hasn’t tired of it yet.
I’m testing out the camera on my iPhone 3GS, just in case. The picture quality isn’t as good as compared with my regular camera. But if worse comes to worse … a picture is still better than none.
