The reasons why I mentioned that was just for information purposes and to move this post along. Some account holders on this site post post-consumption pictures then tell about the dish. They forgot to take pictures pre-consumption. I think it’s kind of  funny myself. There’s another reason but that reason  is just between me, The Cat, and an anonymous party (which will not be revealed here). 🙂

Just for fun, I thought I’d post some pre-consumption and post consumption pictures here. Don’t worry, I don’t plan on making this a habit. You can pass this off to one of my many eccentricities.

Chef's Choice

I asked a chef what he was in the mood to cook today. He came up with this. Singapore-style rice noodles with eggs and shrimp. I think he added more ingredients than usual. Lots of vegetables, and stuff. Yum!

It was that good.

What made this dish outstanding was the Jasmine rice. 🙂

Sorry, I had to try taking pictures of the aftermath. Even the server was questioning my sanity when he saw me taking “after” pictures. I’ll try to not let it happen again, no promises though. Heh heh heh.
