I’m not a big fan of cheesecake. I don’t know if it’s a textural thing or richness thing, or something else (even before the whole dairy intolerance thing). Q seems to be a fan. This shop is supposed to make one of the better cheesecake on the island. This weekend, we stopped in for a look.
