I had one more Portobello mushroom from making the Balsamic braised mushrooms. After viewing menus over the web and watching food programs I figured out what I wanted to do (sometimes it’s not so good to browse the web or watch too many food programs on TV).

I first went here


and picked up this.

Regular Hamburger (Before)

The most basic hamburger. After all it wasn’t about the burger but a platform for my modifications.

I fried the Portobello mushroom and one egg and placed them between the burger.

The sandwich would have been better if I grilled the mushroom, but still good just the same.
