These packages of spicy sauce with kimchi and tuna were on sale at the Korean market the other day. Looked interesting so bought a package to try.
I don’t read Korean, but my guess was that you either let the package sit in hot water for 3 minutes or pour the contents of the package out and microwave for 2 minutes.
I let the package sit in hot water for 3 minutes and poured the contents over freshly steamed brown rice.
The actual contents did not quite look like the picture on the front of the box. The taste reminded me of canned sardines in hot sauce (posted previously). I would buy this again. Next time though I would add a fried egg and potato-macaroni salad.
The sauce would probably be good poured over steamed fish or fried chicken (just thinking aloud).
