A visitor to this blog requested more information about some of the places I posted about, so here’s the info (it took a bit of searching on the internet, I wasn’t taking such detailed notes, I was more concerned about the food, lesson learned).
Beijing, The Noodle Loft (Hand made noodles, featured on No Reservations): 33 Guangshun Beidajie, Chaoyang District. ph. 86 10 8472 4700 (the first two sets of numbers are the country and city codes, not needed in you are already in Beijing).

Shanghai, Yang Yang Shi Fu (Shanghai home-style cooking): 1131 Middle Yan’an Road (near Huashan Road). ph. 86 21 5757 5777 (again, the first two sets of numbers, you know the rest).
