Sunday night. Dinner with the relatives, auntie M, cousins P&B, and their houseguest J. P&B’s go to Chinese restaurant here is Ming’s Chinese Restaurant (1414 Dillingham Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii). Our’s? Kin Wah Chop Suey (45-588 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii).
Auntie M used to eat here when she had business on this side of the island (a long time ago). P&B did not have the privilege of eating at Kin Wah until last night (so deprived).
Family style food eaten family style.
P was a little disappointed the chicken bones weren’t bloody (it is Halloween season after all), but he deemed it tasty nevertheless. Whew!
I think P&B deemed the place acceptable to their refined palates. Hope auntie M and J had a good time.
Enjoy. Eat well.

That honey walnut shrimp is one of my favorites. How can anyone resist the combo of fried shrimp and sweetened mayonnaise?
