Off to the vegan/raw kitchen. Tonight is their first soft opening (the grand opening is at the end of the month). Chef is still working out the details of the restaurant (she’s never run a sit-down restaurant before). It’s going to be interesting.
Crossing my fingers for luck (although it’s hard to hold knives and plate with crossed fingers). Hee hee!
