After yesterday’s experience with the soy “chorizo”, I had to restore my faith in sausage today. I headed to the nearest local drive-in to get a “real” sausage breakfast.
Rice, “lup cheong” (Chinese-style sausage), two eggs (over easy). Big yum! Whew!
